Not something I can fix
But I won't leave you stuck. Here's who can help.
A scam, a phishing link or a hacked account
Report it today, by phone or at cybercrime.gov.in. The sooner you do, the better the chance of stopping the money.
UPI money sent to the wrong person
The payment went through, so the failed-payment rules don't apply. Ask your bank to contact the other bank.

When it needs a hearing, not a letter. File a consumer case, or talk to a lawyer.
Four steps
How it works
- 01
Tell me what happened
Paste the chat, share a screenshot, or just type it. If something key is missing, I'll ask — a few quick taps.
- 02
I find the rule and draft the complaint
A real regulation, cited by name — Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules 2020, Rule 4(4) — not a vague appeal to be reasonable.
- 03
You read it and sign it
Read the whole letter and sign it with your name. Nothing is sent until you approve it, and undo stays open for 6 seconds after. This preview doesn't email the company yet.
- 04
I keep track of the deadline
Their deadline, what I know and what to do next, in one place. If they reply without fixing it, I write the next letter — to the National Consumer Helpline, or the RBI Ombudsman for UPI — for you to approve. I can't message you yet, so check back in the app.

Straight answers
Is it really free?
Yes. No sign-up, no card. Signing in with Google is only there if you want your cases on another phone or laptop.
Does it send the complaint for me?
Not yet. You read the whole letter, sign it with your name and tap to send, and I track the deadline from that day. This early version doesn't email the company for you yet.
Will you remind me when the deadline comes?
Not yet. I can't message you. Your case shows how many days they have left and what to do next, so check back. Sign in and it opens on any device.
What do you keep about me?
Your cases, and the name and contact you put on your letters. Never your Aadhaar, PAN, bank details, OTP or passwords. Screenshots are read, then not stored. You can delete a case and your details anytime.
Is this legal advice?
No. I find the published rule that applies and write a short, factual letter. For anything that needs a court, talk to a lawyer.
